For me, traveling makes me present in each moment. Traveling to different countries and cultures helps me see the great variety this world has to offer. Experiencing that diversity first hand makes me more tolerant and accepting of others. I'm curious about how others live, what they eat, how they spend their time. The best way to do that is to get out of my bubble and put myself in the shoes of others. My ideal travel situation is getting dressed up with loved ones and sitting around a table and hearing laughter and eating foods and being places I never dreamed of.
