We'll send you off prepared with all of the information and travel documents you need. If you do run into any speed bumps during travel, we'll be right here to help you navigate them.

We'll do the research, find the best options to fit your needs, book & service the reservations, providing guidance all along the way. We will also make sure you are getting the best value and every available amenity!
No charge (up to 3 quotes)
WE CANNOT HELP WITH
Airbnb : We do not risk our clients' vacation investment on unvetted rental properties and use only vetted hotels, resorts, villas, and apartments/homes where we have we have a direct relationship with the property.
Partial trips: You are welcome to book your own flights, but in order to ensure a seamless ground experience, we need to handle the rest.
Booking accommodations with points: We always recommend using your points for booking your flights, but if we start piecing out the ground portion of the trip we lose the seamlessness that is such an important part of our service.
CUSTOM ITINERARY DESIGN
A custom itinerary is for you if you are looking for:
A multi-city/destination tour that is tailored specifically to your desires (not prepackaged)
Day-by-day itinerary planning (tours, activities, restaurant recommendations, self-guided exploration tips...all of the finishing touches)
Concierge-level service
Includes:
Discovery call
Detailed proposal, customized to your preferences and delivered digitally (including an app you can download)
Two revisions, based on your feedback
Tips, restaurant and activity recommendations, city guides & troubleshooting advice
Access to exclusive industry rates and travel suppliers who don't work directly with consumers
Complete trip management (payments, requests, confirmations & reminders)
Travel documents loaded into the app that can be accessed even if you are offline
Support before, during, and after the trip
The price for this service starts at $250.00, depending on the scope of work. This is a non-refundable fee that covers the time involved in researching and crafting a highly customized travel experience for you, and will not be applied to the balance of your trip.
